If the mail provider hiccups and we retry, you get the SAME code again — a code already sitting in your inbox never gets quietly invalidated 🔓 Admin grants are always on the record • Handing a collector a cosmetic now writes its audit entry in the same breath as the grant — a grant can never land off the books 🔧 Under the hood • The reward + email outbox drains now run jobs in parallel with a time budget, so a slow provider backlog can't run the scheduler out of clock — leftover jobs simply roll to the next tick
